DESCRIPTION
Colour
Rich, opulent and inky crimson red
Aroma
Intense plum and prune aromas are enhanced by complex notes of toasty
French oak, lavender and five-spice lift.
Palate
Seriously old vines produce wines of incomparable concentration and
complexity, and this is evident in this 2007 Old Vine Shiraz. Full bodied and
richly textured, it offers layers of densely packed dark fruits, olives, chocolate
and mocha. The persistent finish is supported by balanced harmonious oak and
soft, supple tannins.
